Made In The Midlands continue Foundation support

We are delighted to showcase the continued sponsorship of staff uniforms, as well as the Post-16 Football and Education home and away kits, by manufacturing membership organisation Made in the Midlands throughout 2025/26.

Made in the Midlands, part of the national Made In Group, supports and represents manufacturing and engineering businesses across the region, bringing together small and medium-sized enterprises to strengthen supply chains and encourage collaboration.

The organisation’s support of the Foundation began in 2018, initially through the front of staff uniforms adorned with the organisations ‘Inclusivity Campaign’.

Launched to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion within the UK manufacturing and engineering sector, the Inclusivity Campaign champions opportunities for under-represented groups, particularly women, young people, and minority communities. This later fell under the umbrella of the organisation’s official charity, Made Equal.

Made in the Midlands also showed their support for the Walsall community during the Covid-19 pandemic, bringing together their network of businesses and the Walsall FC Foundation. Several of their members donated PPE for NHS staff a local Palliative Care Centre and Hospice, which Foundation staff were on hand to deliver.

In recognition of the importance of these values, the Made Equal logo continues to feature on staff uniforms in 2026. Walsall FC Foundation is proud to showcase this partnership, reflecting a shared commitment to equality through our daily outreach work within the local Walsall community.

Recently, Made in the Midlands CEO Jason Pitt visited the Pallet-Track Bescot Stadium, where he spoke with participants from our Post-16 Football and Education programme. During his visit, students shared how the support from Made in the Midlands enables them to successfully combine academic studies with physical football activity.

Our Post-16 ‘A’ Team is currently flying high, sitting top of their CEFA league at the end of 2025, while the ‘B’ Team has also enjoyed a run of positive results in recent weeks. Both teams proudly wear Walsall FC home and away kits featuring the Made in the Midlands logo across the front.

The Foundation were also honoured to be recognised at the Made in Group’s first ever ‘The Great 100’ awards, with Foundation Director collecting the accolade at the event at Westminster in London.

Made in the Midlands CEO, Jason Pitt, said: “Adam was honoured at our inaugural ‘Great 100’ in London, in recognition of his exceptional contribution to community development. His work is driving meaningful change, addressing challenges ranging from youth unemployment to mental health support.

“Made in the Midlands has long supported the Foundation and deeply values the impact Adam and his team continue to make in building stronger, more connected communities — a mission closely aligned with our own.”

Foundation Director, Adam Davy, added: ‘’ “Made In have been supporting the Foundation for a number of years now, and we are grateful for all of the initiatives we have been able to run because of their generosity.

“Not only does the support help cover the costs of playing and coaching clothing, but we have also delivered inclusivity awareness, fan engagement and covid support initiatives over the years. Jason is always keen to offer guidance and ideas that we can develop, together, and make meaningful impact on the community.

Our partnership has gone from strength to strength over the last few years, and this culminated in our attendance at the ‘Great 100’ event in Westminster. Jason’s event celebrated individuals, and organisations, that make a difference in their communities.

“I was delighted to represent the Foundation at the event and take our awareness to a National level at the House of Lords. I look forward to continuing the relationship and to see what else we can achieve with this partnership.”
